IMPORTANT: US-based guests traveling to Brazil require:
- US-passport, valid for at least six months beyond your intended date of entry (November 8th 2026)

Flight - getting to Brazil
US-based guests should fly into São Paulo/Guarulhos Airport (GRU).
(1-1.5 hours to venue)
Several direct flight options exist from NY-Metro (EWR, JFK). Flights will become available for booking in June / July 2025.
We encourage guests to book flights as soon as able to ensure a good rate and ample availability.
Airport transfer to Terras de Clara
There will be transportation for guests from GRU Airport to Terras de Clara for guests arriving on Friday morning flights from US.
Please share your flight details and number of individuals in your party with this email sabinaewill@gmail.com once you have confirmed flight details.
Alternative transit to Terras de Clara
If guests do not use the airport transfer, we recommend either:
- Rental car: available in city of São Paulo or at GRU airport
- Ubers: safe and cost effective travel option in Brazil
Terras de Clara is approximately a 1-1.5 hour drive from GRU or 1.5 hours from São Paulo city proper.
Terras de Clara
We ask that all US-traveling guests stay on the venue property Friday through Sunday given all events will be hosted there throughout the weekend.
Once you confirm attendance, a hotel representative will reach out with room accommodation and payment details for you and your party. Expect this around January/February 2026.
Extended stays in Brazil
We recognize guests may want to make a trip out of our wedding celebration to explore other areas in Brazil. We will share example travel itineraries and suggestions in the coming months.
